Hotel De Rust is located in the heart of the Klein Karoo and offers comfortable overnight accommodation with an atmosphere rich in old-world charm. Originally established in 1953, the hotel has gained recognition for its character and serves as both a local favourite and a haven for travellers in search of authentic traditional cuisine.
Now in its third generation, the hotel features interior decor ranging from the 1950s to the 1980s and offers accommodation in 6 guest rooms. The rooms have comfortable beds and come with either en-suite or separate bathrooms. If you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t the place — but if you enjoy old-world, traditional family hotels, this is where you want to be.
The on-site bar provides a refreshing break in the warm Klein Karoo climate. There’s also a big-screen TV showing either sports or classic films. Meals can be enjoyed in the dining area.
